Leisure Duty Manager - South London

Are you an experienced Senior Lifeguard, Team Leader, or Leisure Manager? We want YOU to be part of a dynamic team at an incredible leisure facility in South London! We have both temporary and permanent contracts, offering the chance to grow in a rewarding environment.

What you’ll do:
�� Open and close the centre with key holder responsibilities
�� Ensure smooth operations, from day-to-day running to customer service excellence
�� Lead front-line teams and conduct operational duties across departments
�� Perform health and safety checks to keep our facility safe and fun for all
�� Deliver top-notch customer experiences every time

What we need from you:
✔️ RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
✔️ Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
✔️ First Aid at Work
✔️ Pool Plant Operator (PPO) – Ideal or willing to obtain 

Salary: £16.00 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay & paid weekly!
