Job Description

Lifeguard - Colchester 

4Leisure is seeking dedicated lifeguards to join our flexible, temporary team at a leisure facility in the Colchester area. This role is perfect for individuals seeking additional hours with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and supervision of all pool users at all times
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety procedures
  • Perform rescues and provide assistance when necessary
  • Conduct general poolside cleaning duties
  • Communicate regularly with the on-site manager
Requirements:
  • A current NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certificate
  • An up-to-date DBS certificate (or willing to obtain one through us)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent customer service skills
Pay and Benefits:
  • £13.45 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay
  • Weekly payments
