Our client, a leading Luxury Leisure Management company, operates high-end residential developments across London. They are now recruiting skilled and passionate Lifeguards to provide a safe, welcoming, and exceptional experience for pool users at their state-of-the-art facilities.

About the Role As a Lifeguard, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering 5-star customer service to all residents, guests, and contractors.
• Acting as the first point of contact for leisure club queries.
• Ensuring the safety of all pool users and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Following health and safety protocols, including pool testing and water safety guidelines.
• Performing general poolside duties and cleaning tasks.
• Supporting front-of-house operations, including meeting and greeting guests, answering calls, and handling administrative tasks.

Working Hours We offer flexible contracted hours, including 32-hour and 40-hour contracts. Shift patterns will include early starts, late finishes, weekdays, and weekends.

About You Required Qualifications and Experience:

• A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential.
• Previous experience in a 5-star leisure, hospitality, or customer service environment.
• A strong understanding of high standards, including personal presentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
