Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

About Us: Join the 4 Leisure Recruitment team as a Lifeguard and become part of a dedicated team ensuring water safety across multiple facilities in Northampton.

Position Overview: As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable swimming environment. This role offers flexibility with a zero-hour contract, allowing you to choose your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all users.
  • Conduct regular pool testing to ensure water quality meets health and safety standards.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and provide assistance as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and conduct regular safety checks around the pool area.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
