About the Role:

Do you have a passion for water safety and a desire to create a welcoming environment for swimmers? 4Leisure Recruitment is looking for Lifeguards in Reading to join our team. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety First: Prevent accidents and respond swiftly to emergencies to ensure the safety of all pool users.
  • Supervision: Oversee swimming activities, enforcing pool rules to maintain a secure environment.
  • Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain the cleanliness of the pool area.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing any queries or concerns from pool users.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong swimming skills.
  • NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certification preferred.
  • Enhanced DBS check or the willingness to obtain one.
