Lifeguard 
 
Are you a certified NPLQ Lifeguard looking for flexible work around South West London. We're hiring flexible Lifeguards to join our team, supporting a 
variety of leisure and health club facilities 
  • Flexible hours - pick up shifts that fit your schedule through our easy-to-use booking app. You choose your shifts.
  • Competitive pay - from £14.50 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay, paid fortnightly.
  • Immediate starts available for qualified candidates.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional communication and customer service.
  • Monitor and man the reception desk, greeting members 
  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times.
  • Supervise the pool area, enforcing rules and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures.
  • Perform rescues and first aid when required.
  • Carry out general poolside cleaning and upkeep.
  • Report directly to the on-site manager.
Qualifications Required
  • Valid NPLQ Lifeguard Certification.
