We provide
full training and support to help you achieve your
National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and develop your career in the premium wellness industry.
What We’re Looking For: ✅ MUST be a strong swimmer.
✅ Confident communicator, enthusiastic about providing first-class service in an exclusive environment
✅ Eager to learn, grow, and progress in the elite leisure sector
✅ Reliable, professional, and a great team player
✅ Must be able to work a mix of shifts, Early, lates and weekends including being able to start at 6am
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an
Assessment Day, which includes:
Swim Test – Demonstrate your swimming ability
Team Building Exercises – Show us your teamwork and problem-solving skills
Interview – Get to know us and discuss your career ambitions
