About the Role
Are you passionate about safety, customer care, and creating a welcoming environment? Join our lifeguard team, providing a safe and enjoyable space for our clients members and guests. From the swimming pool to the steam room, your role will be vital in ensuring everyone has a great experience.
You'll have the flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis, fitting shifts around your availability and our needs.
What You’ll Do
As a Lifeguard, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring safety: You will oversee the safety and well-being of all members and visitors using the pool, spa, sauna, and steam facilities.
• Creating a positive atmosphere: You will contribute to a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment that makes visitors feel at ease.
• Delivering exceptional service: As the first point of contact for many, you will provide a warm welcome and ensure all members experience top-tier customer care.
• Staying alert: Your vigilance and attentiveness will ensure swift responses to any incidents, keeping everyone safe.
• Building relationships: You will help foster a sense of community by connecting with members, making them feel valued and supported.

What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
• Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer care.
• Team spirit and the ability to work well with others.
• Enhanced DBS/ preferred
