Group Sales Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager to lead, coach and develop sales teams across a region to make a positive impact on membership numbers and net member growth.

As the Group Sales Manager you will:

·         Drive membership sales figures through effective sales planning, coaching and outreach initiatives.

·         Coordinate and manage all corporate sales activity

·         Drive secondary revenue lines

·         Lead by example, demonstrate good sales process and integrity

·         Impact Centres through visits and extended periods of support

·         Act upon key measures in the business (KPI’s) and use these to act fast and remedy poor performance

·         Support and influence General Managers with regards to recruitment, training and development of sales staff in order to achieve their membership targets

·         My client has a strong brand and reputation for service excellence which you will be focused on maintaining whilst delivering a number of KPI’s.   

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:

·         A background in sales management, ideally with multi site experience

·         Highly driven and articulate with a passion for delivering the ultimate experience for each and every prospect/member.

·         The ability to influence and motivate colleagues at all levels of the organisation through the development of strong relationships.

·         A manager with charisma, drive and confidence

·         Strong commercial achievements with solid financial skills

·         Experience in securing and managing corporate accounts

In summary, we are searching for a sale’s professional that can motivate individuals through understanding their personal make up and career objectives. A candidate with charisma, drive and confidence, who is able to lead by example and demonstrate a ‘hands on’ approach to driving membership numbers.
