Maintenance Supervisor – Luxury Village, Golders Green
Package: £38-41k DOE + benefits

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join a prestigious retirement village renowned for its luxury apartments, outstanding facilities, and VIP/HNWI clientele.

This stunning site offers an unparalleled range of services and amenities, and we are now seeking an experienced professional to help oversee and deliver high-quality maintenance across the estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and implementing planned maintenance schedules
  • Carry out routine site inspections and highlight areas requiring additional work
  • Undertake minor repairs and practical maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors for larger repairs or specialist works
  • Report maintenance issues and recommendations to the Maintenance Manager
  • Support out-of-hours or emergency maintenance responses when required
  • Help manage maintenance budgets, monitor inventory, and support vendor negotiations
  • Ensure all external contractors and suppliers meet required standards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a maintenance supervisory or senior maintenance role, ideally within hospitality or a similar premium environment
  • Recognised trade qualification
  • Strong IT skills with experience using maintenance/ticketing systems
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
