We're looking for an exprienced Manager to step into the Marina Manager  role to lead operations at a busy, high-profile marina in Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role, managing a well-established site and driving both performance and customer experience.

The Opportunity
As Marina Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations, performance, and presentation of the site. You'll lead from the front, ensuring exceptional service standards while delivering strong commercial results.
This is a varied, hands-on leadership role combining operations, people management, and financial accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all day-to-day marina operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards
  • Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service and visitor experience
  • Take ownership of financial performance, budgets, and revenue generation
  • Ensure the site is safe, secure, clean, and maintained to a high standard
  • Maintain full compliance with legal, HSE, and internal policies
  • Lead, manage, and develop on-site teams to drive performance
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support functions
  • Oversee administrative processes to ensure accuracy and maximise revenue
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in site or operations management (e.g. leisure, hospitality, marine or similar)
  • Strong commercial awareness with budget and P&L responsibility
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible, hands-on, and adaptable approach
