They are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the aesthetics sector, a solid understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and contribute to the overall success of their business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote their range of products and services in the aesthetics sector.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and drive sales.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Create compelling content, including blog posts, articles, and visual assets, to engage their target audience.
• Coordinate and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand presence and network with key stakeholders.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain cutting-edge and impactful.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the aesthetics or healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, this role is all about drive and personality
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
