An exciting opportunity to join a new gym opening in the heart of Guildford initially as a Membership Sales Advisor! My client requires a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with a passion for sales who will play a big role in the sale of memberships prior to the club opening. The role will then transition into a hybrid role where you will deliver gym inductions and personal training sessions. This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the largest franchise gym companies in the UK.
  
The main responsibilities of the Membership Sales Advisor are:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for potential members of the gym, providing accurate information and first-class assistance throughout the joining process
• Conduct engaging and informative gym tours to promote membership benefits and features
• Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate membership options
• Use company software to track and manage leads, opportunities and member interactions
• Produce leads to convert into membership sales and engage with current members to enhance reputation  

The responsibilities of the Personal Trainer are:

• Follow up on Personal Training leads to convert these into ongoing business and aid in membership retention
• Assist with the membership sales process as and when necessary
• Deliver group exercise classes weekly and also member inductions

The candidate:

• Highly driven with a positive and proactive attitude is a must
• Excellent sales and customer service skills to effectively promote membership benefits
• Proficient in CRM software for lead management and sales tracking
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate membership options
• Level 3 fitness qualification is essential

This is a fantastic job in fitness which requires the successful individual to work alongside the Club Manager to deliver strong pre-sales figures as well as ongoing retention of the members and ongoing sales. You must be an outgoing character who thrives in and enjoys meeting the demands of a fast-paced environment head on!
