Retail Manager – Holiday Parks

We are currently recruiting for Retail Managers that are driven, confident, financially and strategically aware, competitive in nature and communicative in style. The business operates in over 30 fantastic locations across the coast line and has a strong reputation for delivering a superb customer experience. As a Retail Manager you must be flexible and able to relocate (within reason!) once you have completed the initial 3 month induction program.

Ideally from a branded food and beverage background, you will take responsibility for 4-5 revenue lines within a holiday park and have a multi million pound budget to control.

It is essential that you hold a personal licence and food hygiene certificate and understand profit and loss accounting. Your success in the role is measured through KPIs’ and customer feedback.
