Health Club General Manager - Interviewing Immediately!

My client requires a dedicated and passionate General Manager who is focused on the customer experience and maintaining a superb facility whilst driving the venue commercially ensuring revenue and net member growth, for this brilliant site in Belfast.

The main responsibilities of the General Manager are;

- Driving sales and revenue through maximising opportunity

- Setting high standards exceeding member expectation

- Maintaining and monitoring Brand standards

- Recruitment, training and performance manage team members ensuring the whole team are working to the required standard

- Ensuring Health and Safety requirements are met

- High levels of financial management through audit control and P&L accountability

- Keep your team up to date with the latest developments within the fitness industry

The candidate

- A positive, creative and proactive attitude is a must

- Ability to interact and be a 'hands on’ inspirational leader through coaching and mentoring your team

- A background in fitness management or operational leisure management

- A knowledge of the sales process and generating leads from internal and external sources

- Experience with Personal Training and/or a PT product

This is a very varied role which requires the successful individual to take ownership of the club as if it was their own business. You must be an outgoing character who enjoys meeting the demands of a fast paced environment head on!

Salary: c32-34k plus excellent bonus taking the package over £40k

In summary, we are searching for a candidate with strengths in people management, operations and budgetary control. You will be able to motivate individuals through understanding their personal make up and career objectives.
