Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a vibrant seafront harbour. Who can drive exceptional visitor experiences, and maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety and compliance are top priorities.
  • Collaborate with senior teams to deliver operational excellence and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage the Duty Management Team and Customer Service Operative Team.
  • Support events, animations, and trader management, ensuring exceptional standards and customer service.
  • Manage onsite security, parking systems, and key infrastructure.
  • Maintain and improve health & safety standards across all operations.
  • Build strong relationships with traders, fostering success and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in operational or site management roles.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and licensing standards is advantageous.
