Operations Manager - Berkhamsted

£32,000 basic salary

Are you a business minded leisure manager? Driven with previous management experience preferably within the leisure environment? My client is looking to appoint an Operations Manager to lead a team whilst working closely with General Manager to deliver the centres objectives.

As an Operations Manager you will take all the necessary steps to ensure the customer service is second to none. This will involve effective deployment of your teams, ensuring adherence to Health and Safety requirement and taking on a hands-on approach to service delivery.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, team player and approachable providing a quality experience for all members, guests and staff. A first aid qualification would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given to the successful candidate.

This role would be an excellent career progression for an experienced Duty Manager or a current Operations Manager looking for a new challenge. A career pathway to a General Manager position will very much be available! A flexible approach to hours of work will be required as you will be working on a shift rota, including early mornings, evenings & weekends.
