Job Description

Payroll Administrator required on a part time basis in the Coleshill area.

Our client is an established medical aesthetics business with an excellent reputation and some exciting growth plans. They are now looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. This role will manage the payroll process for several hundred staff and contractors. 

As the Payroll Administrator your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring accurate payroll every month
• Timesheet management
• High quantity data processing using excel spreadsheets
• Communicating regularly regarding payroll queries
• Identify areas of process improvement and ways to eliminate the need for manual processing
• Support implementation of global HR-related tools, systems and processes


The successful Payroll Administrator will have:
• Minimum 2 years experience in Payroll
• Experience in using Sage and payroll packages
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, problem solving and organisation skills

Package £30-35k pro rata + benefits

This role is offered on a 24 hour contract and days are flexible. Please note, this is an office based role.
