Flexible Lifeguard /  Pool Responder 

Are you a certified NPLQ Lifeguard or RLSS Pool Responder looking for flexible work across London? We’re hiring flexible Pool Responders and Lifeguards to join our team, working in Health clubs across London. 
  • Flexible hours – pick up shifts that fit your schedule - on a booking app! You choose your shifts
  • Competitive pay – £14.50 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid fortnightly
  • Work in leading gyms and leisure centres across  London
This hybrid position combines both lifeguard/ operational poolside role and front-of-house responsibilities, suited for people with great customer service skills !

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional communication and customer service.
  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all tasks.
  • Supervise the pool area at all times, enforcing rules for a safe environment.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures.
  • Perform rescues and first aid as needed.
  • Conduct general poolside cleaning and upkeep.
  • Report directly to the on-site manager.
Qualifications Required:
  • Valid RLSS Pool Responder or NPLQ Lifeguard Certification
