Practice Supervisor required for this exceptional specialist skin clinic in the Oxford area.
 
With a brand new location opening soon, they are now in a position to recruit a new Practice Supervisor. to help lead the team. This is very much a manager in training role that will provide exceptional opportunities for growth and development.
 
Key responsibilities

• Maintain CQC compliance
• Lead and develop the team 
• Provide clear progression pathways
• Deliver operational excellence
• Optimising revenue opportunities
• Ensuring patient journey targets are met
• Managing rotas and scheduling

 
The role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in dermatology and aesthetics who is looking to progress into a management role.
 
Candidates must have significant supervisory experience in a busy operational environment and within an industry where service levels are measured.
 
Package £30-33k + bonus + benefits
 
Mon-Fri with occasional late finishes
