Product Support Specialist required for this market leading tech business in the Cheltenham area.
Providing groundbreaking online services to the hospitality and spa sectors, our client has grown rapidly and are now recruiting for a Product Support Specialist to join their team. Acting as first line support for customer queries, this role will play an integral part in the client onboarding experience and ongoing customer success strategies.
- Act as first point of contact for customers on technical queries
- Maintain an efficient ticketing system to ensure timely resolutions
- Communicate diligently with customers to maximise first time resolutions
- Translate technical knowledge into plain english
- Liaise with line managers and developers for escalations
- Create online guides and training
- Deliver live training where appropriate
This role is ideal for someone who loves problem solving and can take a patient and customer centric approach to their work. Experience within a technical customer support role is essential. Knowledge of hotel booking systems would be a distinct advantage.
Package £26k + excellent benefits
