We are currently hiring for an experienced Regional Sales & Account Manager to join the sales team for a leading Fitness equipment supplier. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for penetration of a territory, achieving and exceeding revenue targets by maximising volume and margins on sales of products and services. Ensuring profitable strategic growth for our organisation and achieve a personal sales targets in line with the budgeted commitments of accounts in all sectors.
A key part of the role is to maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and sales methods to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction whilst developing the designated channels within the area by initiating and seeking prospects, meeting or responding to public sector appointments to convert prospects into contracted business by qualifying leads.
It is essential that the individual has a solution selling focus and business to business selling in a customer-facing role. You will be Ambitious, self-motivated individual who can work autonomously but as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve and exceed targets, both within the designated territory, the area and the total team.
You will be required to reside in the Midlands/North West or North Wales areas. This is an all-expenses paid, home/field based role offering a package up to £50k, car allowance, private healthcare, matched pension and an uncapped structure.
