This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional with a strong background in fine dining, luxury hotels, premium travel, or high-end restaurant operations. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated restaurant team, ensuring impeccable service standards and creating unforgettable guest experiences at every touchpoint.
Working Pattern - Rota-based role
- Required to travel and stay onboard for up to 6 nights at a time

The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the restaurant service, leading and inspiring your team to deliver flawless, personalised hospitality in a luxury setting. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service while ensuring every guest journey feels seamless, refined, and memorable.
This role requires a hands-on leader with exceptional attention to detail, a passion for luxury service, and the ability to motivate a team within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations and service delivery
- Ensure consistently high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service excellence
- Create a warm, welcoming, and personalised atmosphere for guests
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve any issues
- Work closely with onboard operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage staffing levels, team performance, and operational efficiency
- Support training initiatives and uphold luxury hospitality standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Drive a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement
About You
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior restaurant leader within luxury hospitality
- Background in fine dining, luxury hotels, premium travel, or high-end hospitality environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional guest service and communication abilities
- Calm under pressure with strong organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering memorable experiences and attention to detail
- A proactive and hands-on management style
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working patterns
