4Leisure are looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead a team of Membership Sales Advisors working for an innovative, community orientated leisure operator offering outstanding facilities and great customer service, this is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate to make their mark with in the Health & Fitness industry.
We're looking for a Sales Manager who will lead from the front and by example, who relish the chance to meet and exceed both individual and team targets in a competitive marketplace that moves at pace. You will be a key member of the management team with excellent opportunities for progression and development on offer. Prior experience selling into the Health & Fitness market is crucial.
- Achieve monthly net sales gain and enquiries targets, including Swim School
- Ensure customer service targets are met, all comments are responded to within stipulated deadlines, appropriate action is taken and a weekly analysis of comments is produced
- Line management responsibilities for recruitment, induction, delivering training, appraisal, development and performance management of staff, including 1-2-1s
- To take responsibility in contributing to the research, planning and delivery of lead generation initiatives that drives the achievement of new member targets.
- To manage daily KPI's order to achieve monthly target and ensure daily activity from the team are met
Ideally we are looking for candidates from within the health and fitness industry but we will consider people from other backgrounds as long as they have managed teams through their daily KPI's and have consistently hit monthly targets.
