4Leisure are looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Consultants working for a leading leisure company in Brighton. Working in a large leisure centre offering outstanding facilities and great customer service, this is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate to make their mark with one of the leading operators in the market.
We're looking for Sales Manager candidates who will lead from the front and by example, who relish the chance to meet and exceed both individual an team targets in a competitive marketplace that moves at pace. You will be a key member of the management team and will be required to be hands on and lead your team from the front with a pro-active approach to outreach and overall performance.
- To take responsibility in contributing to the research, planning and delivery of lead generation initiatives that drives the achievement of new member targets.
- To continually improve your knowledge by keeping up to date with industry trends and seek further training and guidance from GM, Regional Sales Manager and National Support Departments.
- To be an active member of the team that uses the facilities and develops product knowledge to be able to answer member queries where possible.
- To manage daily KPI's order to achieve monthly target and ensure daily activity from the team are met
You will be working a variety of shifts including weekends, a basic salary on offer here at £23k with the opportunity to earn up to £26k hitting your individual and team sales targets, plus further benefits include a free gym membership.
