  • Acting as duty lead during allocated shifts and supporting the Club Manager where needed

What we're looking for
  • Experience in a customer-facing, operational or team-support role (leisure, hospitality or sport is ideal but not essential)
  • A confident, friendly communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle tasks during busy periods
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • Interest in sport and active lifestyles (padel experience not required)
  • Ambition to grow and develop within a fast-moving sports business
What's on offer

  • Performance bonus up to 10%
  • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off
  • Discounts on court bookings, retail and services
  • Pension scheme and standard benefits
  • Learning and development opportunities, including coaching qualifications
  • Career development opportunities as the brand grows, with potential progression into more senior roles.
