Experienced Sous Chef required for this family friendly premium private members club.

Based in the vibrant Maida Vale area, this stunning new club boasts an array of beautiful facilities including a busy restaurant serving modern, fresh British cuisine. With an emphasis on both premium quality and sustainability, this business will be catering for a wide range of affluent members and guests for breakfasts, lunches and all day brunches.

They are looking for a motivated and professional Sous Chef with an eye for detail and a passion for quality who can work with a highly skilled team delivering upwards of 120 covers daily.

You'll need experience in a similar role at Sous or Head Chef level and have worked extensively with premium quality fresh food.

Package up to £35k

The business offers excellent training and development as well as friendly working hours!
