About Role

We are recruiting Team Members for a new Football Activity venue in Greenwich, London. 

This is the first football challenge club in the world, an innovative tech-led football experience that integrates physical football challenges with the digital world. We are looking to employ enthusiastic Team Members with an interest in sport.

You will act as the Challenge Referee/Coach and will be key to the success of this concept arena. You will provide assistance to customers, creating an organised, fun and exciting experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide an organized and exciting environment for all customers
  • Encourage customers participating in the challenges
  • Sell sessions and merchandise to customers
  • Take bookings
  • Process pre-booked sessions

  • Provide assistance, when required, with challenges
  • Maintain a clean environment for all
  • Pay attention to the time sessions throughout the shift
  • Interact with customers in a friendly, upbeat manner whilst demonstrating exceptional customer service


  • Must have previous customer service skills
  • Must be able to project voice to a crowd
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (C in Maths and English GCSE)
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must be willing to work afternoons, evenings and weekends
  • Interest in sport/football a plus

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Noise level is moderate to loud
  • Moderate level of fitness
