About Role

Customer acquisition specialist 

We're looking for a talented and entrepreneurial individual to join our market leading client. Operating a huge range of leisure facilities across the UK, this fast-moving business is looking for someone who can lead on sales strategy innovation and implementation on a national, regional and local level. This diverse role will include:

  • Driving new customer acquisition through a multitude of digital channels
  • Identifying and exploiting new sales and marketing opportunities
  • Creating strategies for the growth of individual sub-brands
  • Influencing stakeholders to shape end products and services to optimise results
  • Maximising customer engagement through digital platforms with a focus on revenue generation
  • Leading on specialist projects

There will be opportunities to build and develop a team and grow the department significantly. The business provides huge resources and support to facilitate the success of the role.

Candidates must have considerable experience in B2C sales and marketing in a physical customer acquisition environment. Exposure to multiple digital marketing channels as well as the development of new strategies is essential.
