About Role

4Leisure are currently recruiting for a receptionist on behalf of a leading leisure centre in South West London.

This is a full time permanent position, working 40 hours per week across a variety of shift patterns. Shifts will range between 06.30-22.30 and you will be required to work 2 out of 3 weekends.

As a receptionist you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, outstanding customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Previous front of house experience is required.

Your main duties will include:

  • Answering telephone calls, responding to emails and face to face correspondence with members
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints efficiently
  • Making class bookings and cancellations
  • Cash handling
  • Reporting to the duty manager

Salary for this role is £17,300 per annum.
