About Role

We are recruiting on behalf a well-known skin care brand. They have an exciting opportunity for a Counter manager to head up their team in Kingston

We’re looking for an experienced, proactive and forward-thinking Counter Manager, with a real passion for customer service and skin care to lead your team to ensure they are punctual, achieving daily concept targets. You will also conduct mentoring sessions with individual staff members on a regular basis to ensure each staff member are progressing and developing within their role.

Within your role you will be carrying out treatments and leading by example to carry out daily activity such as traffic stopping/store walking and hosting on counter events with your team to create theatre and fun on counter.

Our ideal Retail Counter Manager will have the following:

Hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 or 2 equivalent (this must include electrical modalities)

Experience of managing a team

Enjoy retailing

Be flexible to accommodate retail environment (evenings & weekends)
