Are you a customer service champion who will go the extra mile for your clients?
We're looking for a dedicated and ambitious Team Leader to optimise business performance and maximise client satisfaction. Our client is a groundbreaking customer service specialist, providing a wide range of analytical and business improvement services. This role will act as first line support to a large portfolio of clients and will include:
- Client onboarding and dashboard configuration
- Ongoing client support from both and advisory and IT perspective
- Achievement of KPIs and targets
- Creation of client communication strategies
- Assist in the development of new products
- Deliver ongoing and ad hoc training on an individual and group basis
The successful candidate will have strong strong IT and CRM skills together with a background in customer service from a first line support role or similar. Experience within a leisure environment is preferred.
Package: £25-27k + bonus
Location: Central London (predominantly office based)
