This is a challenging and highly rewarding role that will cover aspects of maintenance, capex, project management and team development.

The Role

  • Ensure statutory and contractual compliance across the site
  • Lead energy management initiatives, using data to optimise consumption and reduce carbon emissions
  • Manage site assets, including maintenance planning, lifecycle management, and budgeting
  • Provide technical oversight of HVAC systems, BMS, and electro-mechanical plant
  • Support project delivery, contractor management, and technical improvements
  • Produce clear performance, compliance, and risk reports

About You
You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
  • A recognised trade qualification
  • Extensive experience in maintaining diverse commercial buildings
  • Solid knowledge of building services, compliance, and health & safety regulations
  • Experience in energy management, ideally within leisure or similar environments
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and BMS controls
  • Competence in reporting
  • Confidence to engage with on-site teams and external contractors

What’s on Offer

  • 21 days annual leave + bank holidays (with option to buy more)
  • Contributory pension scheme (up to 6%)
  • Ongoing training, development, and progression opportunities
  • Wellbeing support, including EAP and virtual GP access
  • Retail, travel, and lifestyle discounts
  • Opportunities for volunteering and community engagement
  • A supportive and inclusive working environment

Apply now if you’re ready to take ownership of a site, improve performance, and drive sustainability at a local level.
