Business Development Manager – Medical & Aesthetic Devices
Territory: Chicago Metropolitan area
Package: c. $60-80,000 Base + Commission (c$200k ote)  + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading medical device company specialising in advanced aesthetic and beauty technology. Covering the Chicago Metropolitan region, this role focuses on driving growth across a premium portfolio of cutting-edge devices, including laser, cryotherapy, and microvibration technologies, alongside ongoing consumable sales.

This is a field-based role suited to a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background in selling high-end beauty or medical aesthetic technology into salons, clinics, and medispas.

The Role
  • Develop and grow sales across the Chicago Metropolitan territory, targeting salons, aesthetic clinics, medispas, and medical practices
  • Promote a broad portfolio of advanced aesthetic devices and recurring consumables
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and product demonstrations through to negotiation and close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive repeat and long-term revenue
  • Achieve and exceed agreed revenue and growth targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and CRM reporting
  • Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
About You
  • Proven experience selling aesthetic, beauty, or medical devices (essential)
  • Strong understanding of technologies such as laser, cryo, or other energy-based systems
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, negotiation, and closing high-value deals
  • Experienced in new business development and account management
  • Results-focused with a strong track record against revenue targets
  • Confident engaging with business owners, clinic directors, and medical professionals
  • Currently based in the Chicago Metropolitan region with the ability to travel
