My client specialises in the management of luxury spas and private wellness clubs within the residential sector is looking for a Wellness Concierge.

As the full-time Wellness Concierge at the brand-new Super Prime development in the Hyde Park / Regents Park, London, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exemplary experiences to all residents and their guests
- Ensuring the facility consistently maintains its luxury lifestyle standards
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere where residents can live their best life
- Building quality relationships with residents and catering to their needs
- Promoting spa services so residents view the facility as a peaceful haven
- Managing spa bookings and keeping the spa clean and well-stocked
- Making clients feel like they’re the first person to ever use the facilities
- Ensuring standards and health & safety requirements are consistently met
My client is currently offering a full-time position - 40 hours per week. You must be able to work a range of shift patterns including early starts, late finishes, over both weekdays and weekends, you will be required to work all weekends, you will have two fixed days off in the week. Early shifts are from 06:00 or 07:00 (depending on the site) and late shifts will finish at 22:00 - based on 8 hours shifts.
