About Role

I am seeking a highly motivated and passionate Personal Trainer/ Coach to join an innovative, thriving Fitness Club in the Acton area. The Club offers an exceptional level or service and support to their members, therefore as a team member you must be dedicated, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile. The role is on a permanent basis, 20 hours a week.

To work as a Personal Trainer/ Coach you will need to be either REPS level 2 or 3 registered with a strong level of personal fitness, you will be required to deliver group and functional training sessions. Class instruction experience is desirable but not essential.

Main Duties:

  • Carrying out group fitness sessions, motivating and coaching the participants
  • Supervising participants to make sure that they are exercising safely and effectively.
  • Ensure the facility is kept clean and tidy and all health & safety procedures are being followed
  • Assisting with club sales, driving new prospects to the club and signing up new members

You will need to be reliable and punctual and be able to work on a shift basis to include morning, evening and weekend shifts on rotation.
