About Role

Buildings Manager required for this luxury residential development in West London.

Our client is a highly regarded facilities management company with a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties. They are now looking for an experienced Buildings Manager with exceptional people skills to take the reins of this multi-faceted facility. the role will include:

* Management of a multi-disciplinary team of receptionists, porters, security and concierges

* Effectively manage health and safety within the site with particular focus on fire risk and contractor management

* Delivery of exceptional customer service and complaint resolution

* Liaising with the Asset Manager on the development of the facility 

* Managing insurance risk and compliance

The role is ideally suited to a highly organised and engaging individual who loves customer contact and strives to deliver outstanding service at all times. 

The successful candidate will have substantial premium residential building operations experience with an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification and will be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to exceeding expectations.

Package £45-48k DOE + bonus
