About Role

We are looking for a highly organised, motivated and proactive technical person to manage the maintenance
department across a diverse range of facilities.

We need someone that can maintain the high quality presentation of the facilities, and manage the planned
preventative maintenance schedule in addition to responding to daily maintenance issues.

The ideal candidate will be professional, practical and positive in their approach to working across a busy leisure environment.

Training and support in all aspects of the job role will be provided but experience in the maintenance field will be

We would like to hear from you if you:

  • Have a good working knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental systems
  • Can build rapport, communicate and liaise with contractors efficiently
  • Have a practical approach to problem solving and a strong customer focus
  • You are target driven
  • You are able to prioritise your work and have good communication skills
  • PC literate

Desirable but not essential qualifications and experience:

  • Pool Plant Operators qualification
  • Suitable electrical qualification (18th edition)
  • Experience in mechanical plant operations
  • Plumbing, building , decorating and carpentry experience
  • Experience working in the leisure industry
