About Role

Operations Manager - Littlehampton

We are looking for an experienced professional Operations Manager to develop our team. This Play Centre offers multiple activities on offer with the ideal candidate able to drive the venue financially whilst building a strong team and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional delivery of service and high standards.

Answering directly to the Operations Director, you will be accountable for the P&L and performance overall.

This is a full time role paying up to £37k depending on experience.
