What does the 4Leisure Temporary team do?

4Leisure Recruitment supports the Leisure industry by supplying additional staff as and when different businesses/ facilities require cover. This could be for an ad hoc day, a week or even 6 months!

What does this mean for you?

When you are registered to work through 4Leisure, you’ll be offered work through our revolutionary app that matches your skill set, qualifications and location. The work offered is super-flexible, so you can work one shift a week or five! You can also change how much you work from week to week, fitting in around your schedule.

How do I register?

Registering is easy and our Consultants are on hand to walk you through the process. All you’ll need to register are your CV and compliance documents including your Right to Work in the UK, Industry Qualifications and DBS (if applicable). You’ll also be asked to complete an online registration form, to detail information such as previous work history and references. Once you’ve done that, we’ll arrange a registration meeting either face to face or through a video link to assess what type of assignments you’re suited to. Ready to register?

What happens once I am registered?

We'll give you access to our scheduling app where you can manage your availability, opt in for shifts and update your details. You'll then get direct notifications directly to your phone for you to accept or decline.  

How do I prepare for my placements?

All of your booking details will be available on your app. Checking instructions on uniform guidelines and assignment duties are particularly important as well as preparing your route well in advance to ensure you’re arriving at least 20 minutes before your shift starts. Your Consultant will be able to provide you any special instructions for the assignment and they’ll always be available to answer any questions.

What is expected of me throughout my assignment?

To perform all of the duties specified for your role whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times. You may also be asked to assist with other appropriate tasks to support the team. It is important to be pro-active, flexible and use your initiative throughout the assignment as this demonstrates a strong work ethic and leaves a positive lasting impression which means you’re more likely to be rebooked!

How do I get paid?

Your app will automatically clock you in and out of your shifts so there's no need to complete a timesheet. You'll automatically be paid the following Friday!
