One of our key clients were keen to draw on 4Leisure's expertise for the opening of a new corporate site. With an uncomfortably tight 8 week deadline and an even tighter budget, this was always going to be a challenge but, having listened and digested a very open brief, Amy then visited the facility in Swindon to meet with the team and talk through different solutions on how they could staff their gym. In turn this helped formulate direction for the programme on offer including:

• Recruitment of the temporary and permanent teams
• Opening hours
• Group exercise programme
• Personal training structure
• Wider support for employee health and wellbeing

Comfortably within timescales and bang on the budget, 4Leisure delivered! The full rota was outsourced to 4Leisure, who used their network of fitness professionals and various platforms to source the team of Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers. To help with the transition of the gym opening 4Leisure employed, managed and paid the fitness team until the site team were ready to take the staff on a permanent basis. Since then 4Leisure have remained on hand to assist with any ad-hoc cover such as covering annual leave.
