James is a founding Director of 4Leisure and fully involved in the day to day operations of the business. James heads up a mixture of senior permanent appointments and volume campaigns and has a reputation for delivering quality candidates with exceptional management of the process. With a profound number of professional recommendations from clients and candidates, James continues to deliver high-profile recruitment projects, linking exceptional talent to the needs of his clients.

Amy heads up the Health and Fitness division managing key accounts, servicing temporary cover requirements alongside the provision of bespoke permanent strategies and solutions across the industry. Amy has a wealth of knowledge and experience, from over a decade working directly in the roles she recruits for from Lifeguard, Personal Trainer through to Regional Sales and the roles in-between. Amy was an original 4Leisure temp whilst at Brunel Uni (one we like to call a good egg)!

Susie oversees our temporary recruitment and with 15 years’ experience within the leisure industry, she understands what client’s need. As an experienced operator she knows how stressful it can be to find staff and is committed to finding solutions, ensuring her clients can relax knowing we can support them fully.

Matt specialises in permanent management level recruitment across the Health & Fitness, Golf, Holiday Resorts, Visitor Attractions and Sports Activity venues from junior management through to director level.

Having worked in the Health & Fitness industry for 20 years in a variety of management roles, as well as having previous recruitment experience, Matt is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and therefore has the ability to attract the best people for our client’s needs and also has a strong understanding of what our candidates are looking for in a new role.

Kei has been immersed in high-level sports from a young age, elevating his youth career in academy football to impressive heights. Following this, he spent seven years as a Personal Trainer, where he gained extensive knowledge and experience in the leisure field. Now, Kei channels his passion for fitness into recruiting the next generation of industry professionals. His skills and insights as a former trainer enable him to effectively connect with both clients and candidates, ensuring that their needs and aspirations are perfectly aligned.

With 19 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and 8 years specializing in recruitment, Joel is a highly skilled recruitment professional with a particular focus on temporary staffing solutions.
