This is a fantastic opportunity for a Security Manager to join an award winning leisure operator who have national coverage and a huge variety of facilities on offer to their guests.

Main Responsibilities of the Security Manager:
  • Leading a team of security staff whilst creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all guests, ensuring customers receive the best experience possible.
  • Recruit, train, and develop your team to enhance the overall customer experience on park.
  • Plan resource levels to ensure the park has the required level of security to enable a safe environment
  • Carry out full and unbiased investigations, providing detailed reports and full handovers of any incidents, ensuring that all security activity has been recorded appropriately.
  • Utilise team members to effectively patrol the park, providing a hi-visibility deterrent, monitoring noise levels, preventing and dealing with situations where necessary.
  • Assist the General Manager with out of hours and evening support to effectively shut down the Complex at the end of the night.
  • Reporting any concerns and co-operate with management to enable it to comply with its health and safety and safeguarding accountabilities.
Skills and Experience required:
  • Current SIA license & full clean UK driving licence
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Excellent customer service skills & confident to communicate and influence.
  • Ability to drive positive security culture within a team, and effectively manage and develop a team.
