Senior Lifeguard – Leisure Facility in Enfield
  
The salary for this Permanent role is £24,000 per annum.
  
4Leisure Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an established leisure facility in the Enfield area. This is a perfect opportunity for someone able to provide excellent customer service, and someone who has previously worked within the leisure industry looking for the next step. Your main duties will include:

• Opening and closing the facility
• Supervising a team
• Have thorough knowledge of all products and systems
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Ensuring health and safety guidelines are complied with
• Administrative duties
• Responding to emergency situations
• Carry out duties of other members of staff such as covering breaks and holidays
• To be responsible for till floats and adequate charge provision

  
Requirements for this role include experience of working within a team in a service industry and motivation skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team. An NPLQ, PPO and First Aid at Work are desirable.
