In 2022 4Leisure were approached by a leading leisure management company on behalf or their client, a distinguished Hotel in the Surrey region.

The remit was to provide a staffing solution for a busy outdoor pool through the summer season. The business had historically suffered with staffing issues that included abscence, behaviour and member conflict and would require a substantial overhaul.

The solution

• Create a workable rota for the season
• Source, train and employ a team of lifeguards with contingencies
• Provide uniform
• Source a senior/supervisor to assume day to day management of the site
• Deliver ongoing CPD training to ensure compliance

Results

• Rota serviced throughout the entire season
• Excellent feedback from the members and the client
• Contract retained for 2023
