4Leisure were approached in 2023 by leading specialist leisure management and consultancy business Motive8 to help manage an outdoor pool based within one of their prestigious residential sites.

The project was complex due to the number of stakeholders involved and the exacting standards of the residents. Additionally, an country wide shortage of qualified lifeguards and an extremely short 2 week turnaround deadline would require the 4Leisure team to utilise all of their team's expertise to deliver the services.

The project was delivered successfully, on time whilst maintaining compliance.
