In 2017, 4Leisure were engaged by a specialist Spa & Beauty Consultant who was working with an entrepreneurial private investor planning to launch a multi-faceted uber-exclusive private members club in West London.
The offering would be broad and would require highly speciaised teams in F&B, Spa and Beauty, Childcare, Hair, Reception and support team.
With no prior leisure or recruiting experience, this client would need hand-holding all the way through to opening. Requiring over 35 hires in a 3 month timeframe, this project would pull on 4Leisure's sector experts to formulate a structured recruitment plan that would attract, engage and secure the very best in each role and, most importantly, met the clients exacting brand standards.
Conduct role assessment for every requirement and produce a full suite of job descriptions
Advise client on market rates for each position and assist in allocating payroll budget
Deliver large scale attraction campaign alongside direct approaches
Conduct first and second stage screening and competency based interviewing for final shortlisting
Manage offer and acceptance process including employing safer recruitment policies
Project delivered on time and 4Leisure continue to provide ongoing ad hoc support to the business.
